Therefore, it is several times to several tens of times larger than plastic. Has the ability to absorb shock loads. When the EPS packaging product is subjected to an impact load, the gas in the foam passes through the stagnation and compression, so that the external energy is consumed and dissipated, and the bubble body gradually terminates the impact load with a small negative acceleration, thus having a better anti-shock effect.
Good thermal insulation. The thermal conductivity is a weighted average of pure EPS thermal conductivity (108 cal/m.h. °C) and air thermal conductivity (about 90 cal/m.h. °C). Sound insulation performance is good. The sound insulation of EPS products mainly passes through two ways, one is to absorb sound energy, reduce reflection and transmission; the other is to eliminate resonance and reduce noise. Anti-aging, corrosion performance. Except for prolonged exposure to high energy radiation, the product has no obvious aging. Can withstand many chemicals, such as dilute acid, dilute alkali, methanol, lime, asphalt and so on.
Anti-static properties. Because EPS products have low electrical conductivity, they are prone to self-charge phenomenon in friction, and will not affect ordinary users' products.
